Climate change is a hot topic. At the Art Museum of the University of Memphis, we're creating an exhibition focused on what we have, what we could lose, and ways to make a difference.
In 7, 6, 5... focuses on bio-diversity, water, land stewardship, alternative transportation, and different ways to see the world around us. It will feature work by artists whose practices echo our concerns including: Brandon Ballengée, Coriana Close, Maysey Craddock, Kaitlyn Dunn, David Horan, and Catt Weglicki.
Be part of our exhibition: we want to know what you're seeing, your photos, your videos, and your ideas about our local environment.
In 7,6,5... will open on Saturday, March 21, 2020 with a reception from 3-5pm.
We're taking submissions to our crowd-sourced gallery until the exhibition closes on June 20th.

Go to Shelby Forrest, Overton Park, or stay right here on campus. Look closely. Think about the environment around you. Ask yourself "what do we have and what do we stand to lose?"
